About delivery
We provide guaranteed delivery with a certain speed and selected products. When there is a guaranteed delivery on the order, the relevant delivery date and charges (if applicable) will be clearly marked on the checkout page.
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date but no delivery attempt is made before this date, we will refund all shipping costs associated with the order.
Note: Due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity, the delivery date may become unavailable during the time frame before the order is completed.
